After struggling with my weight since college and experiencing countless frustrating yo-yo diets, I finally discovered what truly works for sustainable weight management.

My weight loss story isn’t glamorous or filled with overnight transformations. After my third failed attempt at keto—which left me dreaming about bread and feeling murderous at the sight of a banana—I realized something important: the most effective weight loss strategies are usually the simplest.
